tag... your it!

We are finally having fall weather here in so Cal, yeah... grey skies, a little mist of rain (we could use a downpour), and cooler temps than last weeks 90 degrees.
It has been a busy week. Hot off the heels of Cindy's workshops, Natasha came into town on Tuesday and I spent the next two days happily doing the LA scene with her. Sweet Christine was able to join us and much fun was had.
Those of you who know Natasha, know of her love of shabby. We hit Shabby Chic in Santa Monica, and then Bountiful. What a dream that place is!! If you haven't been, you MUST go! The color hue is my favorite... creamy off-white, chippy paint,  literally dripping from every surface. Old religious relics lined the walls.

It was fun to see the city through a visitors eyes, and Natasha  and Christine are great company. I taught my journals class today, and tomorrow I head out to Riverside to Heather's Parisian Soiree.
I've been tagged by Christine. I must tell 6 quirkly facts about myself and pass it on to six of my blog pals!

Here are six boring, random details about moi...
1. I love the quiet. I have a very quiet home and though I love music I rarely have it on either in my car or our house. I can go  for days with the windows open, listening to the sounds in the neighborhood, and the birds singing outside.
2. I don't watch TV. Well, I watch two shows a week, Brothers & Sisters and Greys Anatomy.
3. I don't like to shop for clothes, I almost hate it. I've never needed a work wardrobe and so live in jean shorts, a Gap tee, and my Havaiana's. I have about 10 pairs, and silver is my favorite.
4. If I drink too much beer, I will sing karaoke. Enough said. But man it can be fun!!!
5. I love vintage rhinestones. For my boring wardrobe, and quiet loving ways, I sure love the bling.
6. I love children. When I was young I always said I wanted to have 6 kids. Thank goodness my husband had other ideas! I once lost touch with a childhood friend and when we reconnected many years later, one of her first questions was how many kids did I have. My answer '2', one boy and one girl.
That's it. Now I tag...
